Effective October 3, 2026. This notice explains how Rubio’s Construction Services handles information collected through rubiosconstructionservices.com. It covers the website. It is not the privacy policy of Hearth, Microsoft, Cloudflare, or Instagram, and it is not a construction contract.
Who we are
Rubio’s Construction Services serves Imperial Valley, California. Website questions and privacy requests go to info@rubiosconstructionservices.com or (760) 465-1765.
Information we collect
When you use the quote form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, subject, and message you type. We also keep a record that you agreed to the website Terms and acknowledged this notice. The company that hosts the site, and Microsoft 365 when a message is emailed, may log technical details such as the time of the request and an IP address. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.
If Cloudflare Turnstile is turned on for the form, Cloudflare receives a security check from your browser so we can tell a person from an automated submission. That check is described in Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
The “Apply Now” button sends you to Hearth. Hearth and its lenders collect their own information under their own policies. We do not receive your loan application from that button.
How we use it
We use form information to reply, schedule a conversation, and prepare a proposal. We keep the request in the website admin so a message is not lost if email fails. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with other contractors for their advertising.

- Maloremi LLC, which hosts and manages this website.
- Cloudflare, only if the Turnstile security check is enabled.
How long we keep it
We keep a website inquiry while we are talking about the project and for a reasonable time afterward so we have a record of what was requested. You can email us and ask us to delete an inquiry that we do not need for an active job, a bill, or a legal obligation.
Your requests
Email info@rubiosconstructionservices.com to ask what we stored from your form, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. This site is operated from California. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context advertising. The site does not follow you across other companies’ websites, and it does not change its behavior based on a browser Do Not Track signal.
Children
This website is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top. This page describes our website practices. It is not a substitute for advice from a California attorney.
