Effective October 3, 2026. These terms cover use of rubiosconstructionservices.com. They are not a bid, a work order, or a construction contract.
A form is not a contract
Sending the quote form asks Rubio’s Construction Services to contact you. It does not hire us, lock a price, or authorize work. For a home improvement project in California, work starts only after the written contract the law requires has been signed. Anything discussed by email or phone after the form is still not that contract until it is written and signed.
Photos and descriptions on this site are examples of the kind of work we do. They are not a promise that your project will look the same, cost the same, or finish on the same schedule.
Financing
The Hearth button opens a third-party financing site. Loan offers, rates, and approvals come from those lenders, not from Rubio’s Construction Services. Their terms apply once you leave this website.
What you send us
Please send accurate contact details and project information. Do not include someone else’s private information unless you have their permission. Do not use the form to send unlawful, abusive, or unrelated advertising.
The site itself
We try to keep the site available and accurate. It can be interrupted for maintenance, hosting, or email delivery. Text and images on this site belong to Rubio’s Construction Services or to the people who provided them. Instagram photos and videos stay on Instagram at @rubiosconstructionservicesinc.
Limits of these terms
These terms apply to use of the website. They do not limit rights you have under a signed construction contract, or rights California law does not allow a website notice to waive. Disputes about the website are governed by California law.
